At Roots, we're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and contributing to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with customers and provide personalized service
  • Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and store housekeeping
  • Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment
  • Keep current on product and service updates
  • Ensure store is visually appealing and contributes to company standards
  • Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies
Requirements
  • Retail experience, preferably in apparel
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
  • Experience with retail operation concepts, such as cash handling and merchandise presentation
  • Self-starter with good judgment in all situations
  • Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment
  • Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build buy-in to ideas and products
