Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Compass Canada. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Set up and maintain assigned bars, including stocking beer, wine, spirits, and other essentials
  • Maintain stock and prepare fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables
  • Take and process orders for drinks, mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes
  • Check guests for proper identification and adhere to liquor regulations
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards

About You:

We are looking for a team player with a valid Responsible Beverage Service Certificate and previous bartending experience. You must be energetic, friendly, and dedicated to outstanding customer service. Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position is also required.
