Job Summary:Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe, quality nursing care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practices, advanced technology, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate patient care interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Critical Care Nursing Advanced Education Certificate
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
