The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented post-secondary student to join our Risk Services team as an Intern/Co-op. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in risk assessment, evaluation, and management.

As a Risk Services Intern/Co-op, you will work closely with senior risk engineers and consultants on client projects, conducting property risk assessments and evaluations, and preparing reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in site visits and inspections under the guidance of experienced professionals, and conduct research on industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in property risk management.

This role is ideal for students who are looking to launch their career in a caring, collaborative, and values-driven workplace with inspiring teammates and leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property risk assessments and evaluations
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Participate in site visits and inspections under the guidance of experienced professionals
  • Conduct research on industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in property risk management
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a university program, and will be enrolled in the upcoming Fall Semester, ideally entering 3rd or 4th year, preferably in an Engineering focused/related program
  • Be legally eligible to work in Canada
