Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate - Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest products, promotions, and brand loyalty programs to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Point of Sale Transactions: Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, including floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
  • Communication: Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers, and provide exceptional customer service to minimize store loss.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and solutions-oriented mindset, with excellent customer service and engagement skills.
  • Communication Skills: Possess effective and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling, and stand or walk for extended periods of time.
