Job Description

This role is responsible for integrating and developing processes that support the BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactor (SMR) design, with a focus on management of refueling outage execution in the safest, most efficient, and most economical manner possible.

  • Develop and manage refueling outage execution plans, schedules, and logistics
  • Design and develop outage tooling specifications and fabrication drawings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete tasks and improve project execution and department management
  • Support development efforts for new products and technologies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Action Work Outs (LAWO)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in an engineering role
  • Canadian PE Certification

  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
