Join our team as a Customer Service Associate and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving salesfloor operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Zoning the department to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing shopping environment.
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a fresh and high-quality product selection.
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and maintain accuracy.
  • Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food safety, and handling procedures to protect customers and maintain a safe shopping environment.
  • Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and ensuring the department is fully stocked and ready for business.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience an asset.
