**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Saskatoon Home Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing services in the home, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and promote good public relations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide nursing services in the home, including assessing needs, setting priorities for care, and developing standards for care.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in educational programs and performance evaluation process.
• Promote good public relations and participate in studies and research projects within the Home Care Program.

**Requirements:**

• Two (2) years recent community nursing experience/broad generalist background.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).
• Nursing diploma is acceptable.

**Additional Information:**

• Travel required.
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
