About the Role:


As the primary strategic business leader of the property, you will be responsible for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation.

You will implement Hilton brand service strategy and brand initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations, increase profit and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to maximize property customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
  • Stay current with industry trends and monitor strengths and weaknesses of competition
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team to develop revenue generating strategies for property
  • Create a cohesive and high-performance team of department managers who continuously strive for positive results and improvement
  • Build strong rapport with property owners through proactive and on-going communication
  • Interact with guests and other customers to obtain feedback about their experiences on property
  • Utilize guest/customer feedback to recognize outstanding employee service performance and improve service delivery
Requirements:

  • 2-4 year bachelor's degree in business administration, Hotel Management, or related major
  • 6 years' experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
  • First Aid Certified would be an asset
  • General Manager experience in limited or full-service property
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
  • Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
