Job Summary

As an Overnight Lead at Walmart Canada, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores during overnight hours. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating overnight stocking activities, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is properly displayed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of store premises to identify and address any safety or security concerns.
  • Provide guidance and training to overnight associates to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Overnight Assistant Manager and Daytime Management Team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure that defective merchandise is properly handled and removed from the sales floor.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in retail management or a related field preferred
