What you bring to the role:

· Overall, 7 to 12 years of IT experience focused on QA software testing preferably in a Banking environment.

· Must be well-versed with Charles River (CRD/CRIMS) functionalities and features for Equity Order Management.

· Must have 2+ years of hands on experience in Trading and Order Management application testing.

· Understanding of Trading applications, trade settlement and Exp in testing of any trading app.

· Ability to work with varied stakeholders including business analysts developers product owners.

· Must have strong testing background and well-versed with functional testing.

· Familiarity with automation will be strongly preferred.

· Strong communication and ability to work in onshore/offshore model.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive QA testing for the Charles River trading application, focusing on Equity Order Management functionalities and features.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand application requirements and design effective test strategies.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
