We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Produce Stocking Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our produce team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have access to fresh and high-quality produce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zone the produce department to ensure efficient stock rotation and inventory management.
  • Rotate stock and check for expired products to maintain a high level of product freshness.
  • Verify that merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Adhere to strict standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment.
  • Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Ensure the produce department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Follow Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
