Puglisevich Crews & Services Limited is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team on an offshore installation in Newfoundland, Canada.

About the Role

The Electrician will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of electrical systems onboard the installation, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the rig.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems
  • Ensure electrical installations and equipment comply with regulations
  • Carry out and report maintenance in accordance with the maintenance program
  • Order spare parts as required for planned and non-planned maintenance and repair
  • Ensure all work on electrical installations is performed in accordance with valid safety regulations and technical procedures
  • Identify and report any non-compliance with safety regulations and technical procedures
Requirements
  • Completed Industrial Electrical Technology course at a recognized training institution
  • Apprenticeship experience and/or additional training to the equivalent of a Canadian inter-provincial journeyperson's certificate
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous offshore experience in an electrical role on a 6th Generation Ultra-Deepwater Semi Submersible or similar installation
  • Previous high voltage and low voltage experience
  • Hazardous Area Equipment Training or equivalent
  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams
  • Ability to proficiently use electrical testing meters and equipment
  • Structured and organized mindset
  • High level of integrity
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to pass physical, drug screen, and background/pre-employment screening checks
