**Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the provision of safe, comprehensive care, meeting client and staff needs through coordination and communication.
- Provide assistance with system navigation and the coordination of patient flow.
- Two (2) years recent community nursing experience or a broad generalist background.
- Three (3) years experience in a community-based health care service environment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR).
- Nursing diploma is acceptable.
- Advanced - Communication skills.
- Advanced - Decision making skills.
- Basic - Computer skills.
- Advanced - Mediation skills.
- Advanced - Problem solving skills.
- Advanced - Organizational skills.
- Advanced - Leadership skills.
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to work independently.
- Travel required.
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
