**Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the provision of safe, comprehensive care, meeting client and staff needs through coordination and communication.
  • Provide assistance with system navigation and the coordination of patient flow.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years recent community nursing experience or a broad generalist background.
  • Three (3) years experience in a community-based health care service environment.
Education and Training
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR).
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable.
Competencies
  • Advanced - Communication skills.
