Your Role at KIK- LAVO Division

The BSA –Senior JDE Supply Chain Business Analyst position is part of the KCB Division Information Systems team. The incumbent engages directly with business users, process owners and management alongside IT/IS team interfaces. This role is responsible for managing configuration, business process changes, functional specifications, testing, user manuals and training documentation and for providing business consultancy, change leadership and second level system support in the areas of manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain Planning and related modules focusing on Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and integrated applications.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serves as a conduit between the JDE end user community and the IT team by defining problem statements, outlining business requirements, and designing functional/technical specifications.
• Subject matter expert in manufacturing and distribution modules in JDE by performing design, configuration, testing, and end user training
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize business processes through better use of existing system capabilities and/or changes to system to improve capabilities
• Modify and/or create Web reports and automated real-time dashboard
• Assist with project management activities on other initiatives by organizing work assignments, establishing deadlines, and monitoring progress
• Communicating regularly with all levels of the organization to ensure constant communication and delivery of user and business needs
• Facilitate development of solutions that combine knowl­edge of business processes and issues, technological options, and process facilitation techniques.
• Advise on options, risks, resource requirements, and impact on other business processes and system priorities.

What You'll Bring

• French Speaking is required
• Bachelor's degree in information management, Computer Science, or another business-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a consumer-packaged goods manufacturing environment would be a plus.
• 7+ years of functional analyst experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Shop Floor Management and Supply chain planning/forecasting and Order to Cash modules.
• 7+ years of experience in the process design, functional specification, configuration, support and troubleshooting of modules listed above.
• Experience in data conversions and master data management
• Experience defining, testing and trouble-shooting JDE Enterprise One to 3 rd party system data interfaces
• Experience with integration to 3 rd party systems and system transition involving non-JDE ERP systems
• Experience with acquisitions, full life cycle implementation and project management
• Organized and task oriented. Ability to work on multiple initiatives and projects concurrently ensuring that timelines are balanced with resource constraints and resulting deadlines are met.
• Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement, involving broad based information systems and utilizing advanced tools and techniques to effect business change
• Solid technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
• Ability to understand the business needs and convert into clear and detailed requirements and specifications
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing and developing business presentations and power user training materials
• Ability to solve problems spanning multiple environments in a business area
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all manage­ment levels and end user levels
• Demonstrated competency in project planning and delivery
• Ability to thrive in a somewhat unstructured hands­ on environment that demands a consultative approach and solutions that span multiple inputs and competing requirements
