What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $55 to $70,000 per year, depending on your experience

  • $100 commission on CIME sales

  • Daytime schedule only. No evenings or weekends
  • Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, flexible schedule according to the office's opening hours

  • Benefits paid 100% by the employer (Life insurance, medication, salary, disability, glasses), after 3 months

About You
  • You are recognized for your negotiation and persuasion skills, to negotiate with different insurers
  • You like to offer excellent customer service and make new sales
  • You like to manage a customer module
  • You have ease in expressing yourself and communicating
  • You are customer-oriented and action-oriented
  • A sense of solution, assistance, escalation and sales incentive
Requirements
  • You have an AMF certificate (mandatory)
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in personal property and casualty insurance
  • Energetic and compassionate, you have good communication skills and know how to put people at ease
  • You have superior problem-solving skills and can identify the right solution for the right situation
  • You have a reliable Internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard
  • You are computer-savvy enough to navigate multiple software programs, all on 2 screens
  • You learn quickly and are well-organized
