Adecco is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Funding Associate to join our client's team in Toronto, ON. If you are looking for a rewarding career in the automotive finance industry with one of the industries top leaders, this role might be for you. Funding Associate contract for 6 months with a possibility of extension.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for reviewing, booking and funding a high volume of contracts (retail and lease) for automobile dealerships across Canada. The funding associate will be communicating with Dealers, Sales, and the Credit Department through various mediums including phone and email. This individual will be required to multitask throughout the day including answering and making outgoing dealer phone calls, sending out follow-up faxes/emails and reviewing contracts that require issue resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify all document information, and ensure conformance to HCCA, funding policies, procedures, and established guidelines
  • Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items for funding via phone and email, communicate and resolve complex contract issues. May research monetary transactions relating to booking, funding and bonus incentives to ensure proper payment of funds to Dealer as needed as well as provide reporting to Dealers for verification of funds.
  • Effectively handle all incoming calls from dealer base, sales teams as well as internal departments to provide customer service as needed. May process requests to internal departments for booking adjustments as needed.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as Funding Analyst
  • Thorough knowledge of the funding process
  • Must be a high school graduate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • A strong aptitude for numbers and calculations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable, self-starter
  • Multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
