Pretoria Animal Hospital is seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Client Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients and their pets, answering phone calls, booking appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.
- Experience working in a veterinary hospital is considered an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to put pets and pet parents at ease.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of invoicing and billing software.
- A love for all companion animals.
The ideal candidate will have a certificate in Veterinary Assistant (VA) or Veterinary Assistant Office Administration (VAOA) and be willing to learn about veterinary services and medical office procedures.
Schedule: 20-24 hours per week.
