Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and quality standards in our banquets and food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service and quality
  • Inspect and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in food and beverage areas
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, and requisition necessary supplies
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and evaluating staff, and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report any accidents or incidents to management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience and supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and quality
