**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at Saskatchewan Hospital. As a key member of our Mental Health Long-Term Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
• Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
• Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK and the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
• Knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses, treatment, and medications
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary:** Pay Band Nurse A, $38.580 to $50.070

**Work Schedule:** 1 shift of 8 hours and 12 shifts of 11.78 hours per 4 weeks
