Objet du poste

Le poste de Chef de projet ferroviaire est responsable de la gestion du portefeuille de projets (contrats ALM et pièces de solutions matérielles) pour la révision MLX Bi Level Mk7. Le candidat idéal possède une expérience de 10 ans minimum dans les appels d'offres et l'exécution de contrats dans le domaine des affaires ferroviaires.

Responsabilités
  • Gérer le portefeuille de projets pour la révision MLX Bi Level Mk7
  • Veiller au respect des processus pour soutenir l'exécution et les performances conformément aux prévisions
  • Soutenir les examens des appels d'offres et le transfert solide vers la fonction du projet
  • Appliquer le processus DFQ selon les besoins
  • Maintenir les métriques de projet de qualité, de coût et de livraison prévues
  • Soutenir les équipes de développement des affaires pour atteindre la croissance de l'entreprise
  • Gérer directement l'équipe de chefs de projet et assurer un soutien adéquat des fonctions
  • Gérer la relation client pour l'exécution du contrat/les ordres de modification
Exigences
  • Baccalauréat en génie ou en administration des affaires
  • 10 ans minimum d'expérience dans les appels d'offres et l'exécution de contrats dans le domaine des affaires ferroviaires
Conditions de travail

Le poste est basé à Thunder Bay ON ou Mississauga ON. Les voyages fréquents en ONTARIO et parfois au Canada ou aux États-Unis sont nécessaires. Le temps d'absence du bureau atteint jusqu'à 50% sur certaines périodes.
