Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and courteously to resident call bells and door alarms, providing assistance with daily needs and activities.
- Implement resident care plans, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks and assignments.
- Transport residents safely and efficiently to various locations within the community, including rooms, recreational areas, and dining facilities.
- Perform laundry and housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members, addressing concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Adhere to safe food handling practices and maintain high standards of food preparation and service.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our residents.
- Minimum six months of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional care and support.
- Current First Aid/CPR training, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
