Porsche Centre Richmond is looking for a Full-Time (8 months contract) Porsche Host (Reception Associate) to join our expanding team.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome potential customers and ascertain the purpose of their visit.
• Guide customers to the appropriate department or personnel, informing the relevant Product/Service Advisor of customer wait times or introducing customers to the advisor.
• Address basic customer queries and refer complex inquiries to the relevant individual.
• Handle phone calls professionally, amiably, and efficiently, aiming to minimize hold times.
• Take detailed messages, noting the caller's name, company name if applicable, call time and reason, and ensure the message reaches the correct party.
• Execute clerical and accounting duties as directed by Management.
• Oversee the customer traffic control system.
• Accept and process payments.
• Support other administrative tasks related to new & pre-owned inventory.
• Process sales documentation and collaborate effectively with the sales team for prompt task completion.
• Forward received mail from the reception desk promptly.
• Prepare warranty books for all sold vehicles.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the customer lounge area, including replenishing the coffee station.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures, and report any accidents to a Manager/Supervisor immediately.
• This role may involve additional duties as assigned by management.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both on phone calls and in-person interactions.
• Capacity to cooperate with all work teams and department levels.
• Organized and attentive to details.
• Proficiency in using computers - MS Word and Excel.
• Capable of working in a lively, social environment without losing focus.
