Job Title: Customer Service Associate Company: Walmart Job Summary:

To provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a smooth flow of merchandise through the sales floor. This role involves unloading trailers, pulling pallets, and assisting in the processing of merchandise in a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the sales floor for store opening by setting up displays and features.
  • Complete live unloading of merchandise and label products for easy identification.
  • Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
  • Assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service when needed.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Age: 18 or older
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
