We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, health, and happiness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assess and monitor residents' health status, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care, including medication management and wound care.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Experience in long-term care, with a strong understanding of gerontological nursing principles.
