Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and service tasks on a wide range of equipment and machinery, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems faults, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Liaise with clients to assess their service needs, offering technical advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports, documenting all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment for all team members and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in service and maintenance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Service Technician in a related industry, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly to clients.
  • A commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to work.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed to client sites.
