We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Canola Seed Production Summer Associate in Outlook, SK.

About the Job

This is a 4-6 month contract position that involves working with growers to produce high-quality canola seeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring crop health, scouting for pests and diseases, and providing agronomic advice to growers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with growers to produce InVigor canola seeds for market
  • Monitor crop health and scout for pests and diseases
  • Provide agronomic advice to growers
  • Maintain relationships with growers and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Agronomic knowledge and experience in the agriculture industry
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
