Job Description:
Title - Assembly Worker
Pay Rate - $19/hour
Shift Timings - 8 am to 5pm (Mon to Thru) 8am to 2pm Friday.
Responsibilities:
  1. Perform assembly tasks according to provided instructions and specifications.
  2. Operate machinery and equipment related to the production or assembly process.
  3. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
  4. Package finished products securely and prepare them for shipment.
  5. Assist in inventory management tasks, including counting, organizing, and restocking materials and components.
  6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and production areas.
  9. Report any issues or concerns related to production or equipment to supervisors promptly.
  10. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment.
  3. Demonstrated experience with assembly tasks and operating production machinery.
  4. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and technical drawings.
  5. Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  6. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  7. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
  8. Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
  9. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
  10. Certification or training in forklift operation and other relevant equipment may be advantageous.
  11. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
