Retreat Programmer

Mount Mary Immaculate Retreat Centre seeks a Retreat Facilitator to lead retreat activities and provide a ministry of presence for students.

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a highly energetic and positive individual to join our team as a Retreat Facilitator.

• Lead retreat activities, including prayerful and reflective experiences, for young people.
• Provide a ministry of presence for students during retreats.
• Work collaboratively with the staff team and visitors of Mount Mary retreat Centre.
• Prepare and lead games, activities, reflections, and prayers throughout the retreat experience.
• Effectively communicate with young people and adults during the retreat program.
• Debrief activities and programs with participants to ensure effectiveness.
• Directly supervise and facilitate student activities as assigned.
• Assist with the Frassati Youth Leadership program.
• Maintain the cleanliness of facilities and ensure spaces are safe and comfortable.

**Requirements:**

• Must be 18 years of age at time of contract.
• An active practicing Catholic.
• High energy and positive attitude.
• Willing to be physically active outdoors with students.
• Previous work with young people and children.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to take direction.
• Ability to work independently and problem solve.
• Current Standard First Aid Certification and clear Vulnerable Sectors Check.
• Available to work occasional weekends.
