Bartender Bartender

Join our team as a Bartender and take pride in your food, wine and spirit knowledge. Build relationships with our guests and become a familiar face. Display natural showmanship, great communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to our service standards
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our food and beverage menu to make informed recommendations
  • Pour beverages with precision and efficiency, maintaining our high standards
  • Communicate beverage descriptions, specials and information to guests and team members
  • Set up and maintain the bar area, including the dishwasher and cappuccino machine
  • Stock and manage bar products, including mise en place
  • Monitor and maintain beer keg and liquor levels
  • Conduct inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Be aware of special requests, including guest allergies
Requirements
  • SmartServe certification
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
  • At least 2 years of bartending experience in a similar environment
  • Impeccable wine, beer and cocktail knowledge
  • Passion for food, beverage and exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and work as a strong lounge server
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift and move heavy items
