If you have a passion for fine dining and Greek gastronomy, we are looking for a Line Cook to help prepare and serve our exquisite dishes. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating dishes with precision and following food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, season, and plate items for various stations including Fish Grill, Sauté, Fry, Hot Apps, Salad, and Spreads
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
  • Follow food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Clean and maintain your station
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Assist with meal preparation as needed
