Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with attention to detail and quality in mind.
  • Pack orders efficiently, distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantities, and correct product codes.
  • Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  • Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  • Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
