Job DescriptionReporting to the Manager of the ABI Outreach Team, the Rehabilitation Coordinator will provide part-time clinical and administrative leadership and clinical supervision to the ABI Outreach Team and the ABI Education and Prevention Coordinator. The Coordinator will work collaboratively with the ABI Partnership Program Provincial Office, SGI Injury Claims, SGI Medical Review Unit, WCB and other ABI Partnership Programs.
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership to the ABI Outreach Team
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in brain injury rehabilitation
- Work with the ABI Partnership Program Provincial Office, SGI Injury Claims, SGI Medical Review Unit, WCB and other ABI Partnership Programs
- Manage a complex caseload with multiple demands
- Work and communicate in a cross-cultural setting
- Work within a multi-disciplinary and community partnership program
- Travel within the province
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Bachelor of Physical Therapy
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
- Registered/eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body
- Supervisory experience
- Expertise as a clinical resource in brain injury rehabilitation
- Familiarity with community resources within Central Saskatchewan
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of acquired brain injuries
- Knowledge of Indigenous/multicultural populations
- Ability to work independently
