Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Provide personalized service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
    • Offer advice and guidance on our products and services, ensuring clients are aware of the benefits and features.
  • Financial Transactions:
    • Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient completion of transactions, maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive results.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements and customer service initiatives.
  • Professional Development:
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing skills and knowledge in customer service, financial products, and branch operations.
    • Seek feedback and coaching from managers and colleagues, using this to improve performance and achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Post-secondary education or relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of customer service experience in a financial services environment.
    • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet client needs.
