Truck Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Supervisor to join our team at Aramark Canada. As a key member of our Food Services Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency in our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily staffing levels to control labor costs and drive efficiency.
- Support catering logistics and execute work orders to meet client standards.
- Coordinate events and ensure logistics standards are met.
- Manage production costs, supply costs, and inventory to adhere to operational standards.
- Audit service and quality on a regular basis, including bar services, buffets, and dinners.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Supervise teamwork and service on a regular basis.
- Address day-to-day employee issues in a professional manner.
- Implement training programs to develop skills and improve morale.
- Ensure accurate adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures.
- Adjust staffing levels based on business needs.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Current certifications as needed.
- Smart Server Certification, preferred.
- Knowledge of operating an efficient cost-effective program.
- Maintain emotional control under stress.
- Ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
- Strong organizational skills.
