Meta is seeking a Research Scientist to join the Fundamental AI Research organization (FAIR), a research organization focused on making significant progress in AI. As a Research Scientist on the Embodied AI team at FAIR, you will be part of an innovative group of research scientists and engineers working on cutting-edge AI technologies for robotics, AR, and VR, and sharing this research with the world. Research Scientist, Computer Vision - Embodied AI (FAIR) | Chercheur en vision artificielle, IA incarnée (FAIR) Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and develop state-of-the-art AI approaches for dexterous robot manipulation that leverages rich sensing capabilities on robot hands. | Mener des recherches et développer des approches d'IA de pointe pour la manipulation de robots habiles qui exploitent les riches capacités sensorielles des mains des robots.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. | Licence en informatique, en génie informatique, dans un domaine technique pertinent, ou expérience pratique équivalente.
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
