About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Merchandiser to join our team at MacQuarries Pharmasave Group. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring our store's merchandise is visually appealing, well-organized, and meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring it is accurately priced and stocked.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing store displays and fixtures to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and promotions.
Requirements
  • Superior Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Merchandising Experience: Previous experience in retail merchandising, with a focus on visual merchandising and inventory control.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
