Shuttle Driver - Join Our Team at Toyota Town
Job Type: Part Time

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team at Toyota Town. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience by picking up and returning guest vehicles for service, operating the shuttle vehicle to transport customers to and from the dealership, and maintaining a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Operate shuttle vehicle to transport customers to and from the dealership
- Maintain and complete delivery and pick up log
- Ensure shuttle vehicle is clean and presentable at all times
- Answer phones and book appointments
- Follow company safety policies and practices
Requirements:
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision
- Strong customer relation skills, maintaining a friendly and positive attitude
- A thorough understanding of the Lower Mainland and the ability to read maps
- Possess a valid driver's license
