A highly organized and detail-oriented individual is sought to support the Finance team in a full-time, permanent position.

Company Overview: Paracel Laboratories Ltd. is a full-service environmental and Indoor Air Quality laboratory with multiple locations across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
  • Post transactions and provide analytical and clerical support for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, HR and Payroll.
  • Perform bank account and credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare client statements for Account Managers in support of client collections.
  • Record employee's banked hours and expense reports.
  • Prepare EHT and WSIB calculations.
Qualifications:
  • Formal post-secondary training in accounting.
  • 3-5 years related experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting.
  • Experience with and knowledge of accounting software, MS Windows, MS Word, Internet.
  • Demonstrated proficiency at MS Excel functions: Subtotal, Vlookup, Pivot Table, SUMIF and formatting.
  • Any experience with large multi-module cloud accounting systems will be considered a great asset.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional team and workflow management skills.
  • Superb attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly reliable and deadline-driven.
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team.
  • Strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills.
