Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Specialist. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring a high standard of quality and timely delivery. Your primary duties will include:
- Maintaining a clean and organized work site and project area
- Delivering exceptional customer service through regular communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners
- Assisting with lawn care, painting, and staining services, including preparation, application, and finishing work
- Participating in marketing efforts, such as distributing flyers and promoting our services door-to-door in local neighborhoods
Responsibilities
As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, with a focus on quality and timeliness
- Maintaining a clean and organized work site and project area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Delivering exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assisting with lawn care, painting, and staining services, including preparation, application, and finishing work
- Participating in marketing efforts, such as distributing flyers and promoting our services door-to-door in local neighborhoods
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Some experience with hands-on work, with a willingness to learn and be trained on our services
- A reliable vehicle or access to transportation
- A positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, crew chiefs, and business owners
- Reliability and punctuality, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
Compensation and Benefits
