Job Summary

As a Dairy Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry and work in a fast-paced, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service by adhering to Walmart's core values and beliefs.
  • Maintain and zone the Dairy Frozen area to ensure a clean and safe shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist with stocking and the sale of goods, including rotating stock and checking for expired products.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced, and adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
  • Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and maintain features.
  • Keep the area neat, clean, and organized, and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
Requirements
  • Minimum rate of pay: $17.55 per hour.
  • Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
