Job Profile Description:

• We are looking for a Primary Care Nurse with demonstrated ability to apply Additional Authorized Practice standards & competencies to diagnose & treat Limited Common Medical Disorders.
• The practice involves working within the nursing program objectives, guidelines, and policies and procedures.
• Building partnerships, completing community needs assessments, supporting inter-professional collaboration, and participating in continuous improvements through evaluative processes/projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients with Limited Common Medical Disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certificate (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
