Seeking a Home Care Nurse to provide professional nursing care to clients in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Under the direction of the Community Care Manager, the Home Care Nurse provides professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of the client in accordance with policy. The Home Care Nurse is in charge of nursing assessment and delivery for clients.

The Home Care Nurse will work in a dynamic environment, providing care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and a valid Class 5 driver's license. They will also have a Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) and be registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
