GFL Ottawa is looking for tank farm laboures to support our liquids division.

Key Responsibilities:
Dip and sample of the storage tanks (Working at Heights training provided);

Pumping of containers (drums & totes);

Sampling, dumping (pumping and shoveling), and pressure washing of vacuum trucks, tankers, and storage tanks;

Entering Confined Spaces (Confined Space training provided);

Troubleshooting and maintaining of pumping equipment;

Working Indoors and Outdoors, in all weather conditions;

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
Professional and positive attitude;

Motivation to ensure timelines and expectations are met;

Strong regard for safety and safe work practices;

Forklift experience an asset, willing to train;

G class driver's licence in good standing with a clean driver's abstract (an asset).

Must be clean shaven in order to wear a respirator
