The Product Designer will play a key role in designing and shaping our financial operations platform, focusing on creating intuitive and impactful solutions for a diverse range of users, including those in the finance and crypto sectors.

The Role

Collaborate closely with a diverse group of customers to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences (NFT, DEX, CEX, Gaming, Funds, Accountants).Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of new features from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless user experiences and intuitive functionality.Work closely with frontend developers and the broader engineering teamDesign and iterate on key components of the financial operations platform, including dashboards, transaction interfaces, payment applications, and reportsContinuously gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and integrate insights to refine designs... with the right skill set.

Hard Requirements

5+ years experience in Product DesignProven track record of designing B2B productsA portfolio/website showing shipped products (student or hobby projects won't be considered)Outcomes & business-oriented mindset Strong communication skillsTechnical understanding of how things are built on the front endBonus Skills Experience in finance and crypto industriesExperience with building and maintaining design systemsFront-end skillsOther important details.

Location: Toronto, in office 4 days a week (no remote)

Compensation: $140K - $190K CAD OTE (plus equity)
