Your Role Highlights:

  • Lead a specialized team of Extend consultants to deliver cutting-edge solutions for Workday systems.
  • Manage project lifecycles from inception to post-implementation support, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
  • Establish strong client relationships, tailor solutions to their requirements, and drive commercial success.
  • Guide team members in enhancing their Extend expertise while advancing your own capabilities.
  • Oversee team goals, training, and recruitment to support professional growth.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Workday Certification: Must hold Workday Partner/Pro certification with hands-on application experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, and object-oriented programming.
  • Engineering Expertise: Proficient in designing, testing, and maintaining Workday apps with cloud computing knowledge.
  • Effective Communication: Fluent in English with strong customer and team communication skills.
  • Best Practices: Commercially savvy with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Consulting Skills: Previous advisory experience with excellent customer engagement abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • People Management: Background in remote team leadership in an international setting.
