Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a clean and organized self-service area, ensuring a safe and efficient shopping environment for customers.
  2. Provide education and support to customers on the correct use of self-service options, promoting a seamless shopping experience.
  3. Upsell and promote company-sponsored programs, such as credit card services and product protection initiatives.
  4. Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Respond to EAS alarms and complete the necessary documentation.
  6. Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Manager regarding technical issues or low cash levels in the self-service area.
  7. Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated home after use.
Requirements

  • A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
