Walmart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team in Dryden, ON. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the pharmacy team, including recruitment, training, and development of associates
- Develop and implement business plans to meet corporate goals and objectives
- Manage inventory, including receiving, storage, and disposal of pharmaceutical products
- Ensure accurate and efficient filling of prescriptions, and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the store to provide a seamless patient experience
- Supervise and support the OTC manager in their duties and responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations, and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Pharmacist License (secondary optional permit in Alberta: CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
