About the Role:

The Lead-to-Cash Business Systems Analyst is a key position responsible for executing revenue controls, gathering requirements, and user acceptance testing of L2C applications. This role requires a domain expert who can provide business support for all L2C systems, including SAP ECC FICA, SAP TM, SAP EM, SAP S/4, Customer Portal, and legacy finance and order management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a domain expert in providing business support for all L2C systems
  • Reviews and analyzes system problems to identify solutions or workaround recommendations
  • Collaborates with business teams to gain insights into and assess business processes for optimization
  • Performs User-Acceptance Testing and Support for incidents, improvements, system upgrades, and Projects
  • System requirement identification and documentation analysis
  • Communicates detailed technical concepts to non-technical collaborators
  • Supports SOX and management controls review
  • Generate reports and Find opportunities to automate the report generation process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability working with SAP CC, TM, EM or CRM modules
  • Experience with SAP S4 is highly desirable
