Your Role

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Leaders with shift flexibility to lead our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, shipping, and handling goods
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of the facility
  • Manage warehouse services, including maintenance and administrative activities
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs
  • Delegate tasks to warehouse employees and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Act as a liaison between management and front-line employees
Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in warehouse operations, leadership skills, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years' experience working in a warehouse or distribution center
  • Experience leading teams and delegating tasks
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and cost structures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Certification operating materials handling equipment (MHE) is considered an asset
